NOTICE AS TO CONSIDERATION OF FEE INCREASE BY  WOODY CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the WOODY CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT may consider the adoption of a resolution to increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties and charges of the District.  Any such increase will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors for the Woody Creek Metropolitan District to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, November 10, 2025.  The meeting will be held via Zoom audio/video conferencing platform.
